All our life, we have handled things using 10% of our true capacity. Do you know what the remaining 90% comprises of? It is our Energy! We know that hard work leads to success. However, hard work with right flow of energy can give faster success! After more than a decade of regular study and practice of Holistic Energy Healing, here comes the first book by Alok Vasavda, pouring through the ancient secrets, used by the smart ones to shape their genius! An Introduction To Holistic Energy Healing The author has compiled a whole lot of teachings based on what he has learnt from his Teacher, Veteran Wing Commander IAF, Grand Mentor and Founder of the Yoga Prana Vidya system of healing, Shri NJ Reddy. We now live in a world that is filled with stress and is very
fast-paced with almost no time to take better care of ourselves. In such a
lifestyle we are more prone to diseases and mental disturbances and there is a
lesser balance between the physical, mental, and emotional balance in an
individual. To correct these in an effective method, the author has written
this book on how holistic healing provides a better way to improve the quality
of life.
This book teaches the basic science and knowledge surrounding
holistic healing. Some simple yet tremendous techniques will be used to heal
oneself and with regular practice, one’s life can be upgraded to a whole new
level.
Through the 5 chapters in the book, the author takes us
through the various aspects of the holistic energy healing process. The process
and the benefits are explained briefly.
It takes us through the various processes step by step and
the writing is in very simple language making it easy to understand and follow.
One of the sections that I liked is the Forgiveness Sadhana segment. It talks
about not only forgiving others and asking others for forgiveness but forgiving
oneself and accepting oneself as we are!
Last but not least it also talks about precautions and people
who should not follow these healing techniques.
There are quotes by the author’s Guru and also from various
Vedic texts that substantiate the topic.
The cover is beautiful and very apt for the theme. It gives
us those good vibes that we associate with healing and the cosmos.
This pocket-sized book is full of techniques that will
improve the overall lifestyle of a person. I will be going through this book
once more in leisure and trying and practice the methods of holistic healing.
Overall, a good book to read and follow if you are looking
for alternate ways to improve the quality of life not only health-wise but also
in various other aspects like the social and professional front.
